Floor Tech

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine. The role involves ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space, with a focus on professionalism and safety.

Requirements

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Work with other employees in a team to complete assignments
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, and brick flooring
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure
• Use and maintain equipment properly
• Report safety hazards as appropriate
