Job Description
SBM's Manager in Training (MIT) program offers an immersive, six-week program for aspiring leadership professionals. This role involves coordinating and overseeing contractual obligations between SBM and clients, encompassing strategic planning, budget management, vendor relationships, and customer relationship building. Success in the program is a stepping stone toward a future management position within SBM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of related experience and/or training in facility management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active/Transferable DoD TS Clearance preferred
