Job Description
The Senior Operations Manager- MIT role is a Manager in Training (MIT) program that empowers ambitious individuals to excel in a permanent leadership role. The role involves coordinating and overseeing the execution of contractual obligations, strategic planning, budget management, and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-4 years of related experience and/or training in facility management
- 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
