Job Description
SBM Management is searching for a Utility Technician to support various departments and provide facilities maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work under pressure, and have high accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in custodial/floor care or maintenance
- Experience operating floor care machinery
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs
- Initiative, teamwork, and effective communication skills
