Job Description
The HR Administration Officer is responsible for handling transactional activity and the full End to End process of employees contracted by the company, including creating and maintaining employee records, facilitating onboarding, and supporting HR Business Partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration
- 0 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good English level
- Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
- Proactive, confident and hands-on approach
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitude
- Capacity to share complete and accurate information
