IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager, you manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and standards.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in budget management, resource allocation, and financial oversight of IT projects.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor project team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred.
• Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes.
