Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Gurugram, India based Co-Managed IT Support team. The role will manage and guide a global support operation, aligning processes with business needs, and ensuring outstanding customer service for our clients.
Requirements
- 6 - 10 years of IT support/helpdesk experience, with at least 2–3 years in a management role
- Strong background in helpdesk operations and IT service management
- Prior exposure to global team management or working in a 24/7 model
- Strong technical foundation and background
- Ability to evaluate and hire talent, and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
