Manager, Regional Sales - Southeast

Join the team at SC Johnson Professional as a Manager, Regional Sales - Southeast. You'll lead a strong sales team and build a high-performing regional sales organization. Reporting directly to the Director, Field Sales, this role has direct ownership of the customer strategy and field tactics required to execute the SCJ Professional sales and marketing plan across the Skin, Hard Surface, and Iconic Brand product lines within the assigned geography.

Requirements

• Create and maintain a high performing sales culture
• Create, execute, and report of tactical regional business plan
• Facilitation and performance management of local territory plans
• Establish, monitor, and management of direct reports' performance on critical territory KPI's
• Build and maintain productive relationships with leadership at key end users and distributor partners
