Join the team at SC Johnson Professional as a Team Lead - Manufacturing II. Lead the activities of production and operation workers, ensure production schedules are followed, and resolve minor conflicts between employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Previous manufacturing supervisory skills acquired through previous work experience
• Supervisory courses are an asset
• Demonstrated knowledge of operation of plant equipment including injection moulding equipment
• WHMIS and health and safety training an asset
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations an asset
• Motor skills and manual dexterity to assemble product and operate plant equipment
• Interpersonal/negotiating skills to deal with team members within and across departments
• Demonstrated sound judgement in decision-making
• Basic mathematical skills to conduct inventory count
• Verbal communication skills to deal with fellow workers
• Written communication skills to prepare production reports
• Working knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, procedure manuals and personnel policies
• Current First Aid certification an asset
• Must be willing to take part in QA and Print set up training at Dispensing if not already trained
