Requirements
- Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., business psychology, business administration, education, or similar) or an equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in recruiting and/or direct search, specifically for Tech and Engineering candidates
- Confident using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of technologies and programming languages to better assess candidates’ technical expertise
