Job Description
Scale is seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer to work on the forefront of AI development with a focus on generative AI, particularly within enterprise clients. Requirements
- 1-3 years of building with LLMs in a production environment
- Experience with post-training methods like RLHF/RLVR
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field
- Publications in top conferences such as NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML
