Job Description
Scale is a leading AI data foundry accelerating the development of AI applications. The Enterprise ML Research Lab, part of the Data Foundation team, focuses on synthetic environment building for RL post-training and building agents that can be used to improve existing agent-building algorithms. The role involves generating enterprise environments, creating agents for trace analysis, contributing to the agent-building product, and training state-of-the-art models.
Requirements
- 3+ years of building with LLMs in a production environment
- Clear experiences with constructing high quality data to improve LLM/Agent
- Publications in top conferences such as NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML within the last two years
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field
