Job Description
Scale is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Research Engineer to join their Enterprise ML Research Lab, focusing on agent reinforcement learning. This role involves developing and training state-of-the-art models for complex agent use cases, integrating cutting-edge research, and designing multi-agent systems for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to scaling and improving the performance of AI systems and supporting the development of the next generation of GenAI. They'll work closely with enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of LLM training in a production environment
- Experience with post-training methods like RLHF/RLVR
- Publications in top conferences
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field
