Job Description
Scale’s Generative AI business unit is currently seeing historic levels of growth. As a Strategic Projects Lead, you will lead initiatives that will drive $XXM+ in new revenue for the business. This is a demanding role, and as an SPL, you should be prepared to wear many hats across all dimensions of Operations.
Requirements
- Strong technical background required, e.g., Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- 3+ years of experience leading a team/projects, managing operational processes, or 3+ years of experience as a SWE
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in technical environments
- Entrepreneurial experience and mindset
