Scale is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to drive revenue growth and lead initiatives in their Generative AI business unit. The ideal candidate has a strong entrepreneurial mindset, technical background, and experience in team leadership, data analytics, and software engineering.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- 3+ years of experience leading a team/projects, managing operational processes, or 3+ years of experience as a SWE
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in technical environments
- Entrepreneurial experience and mindset
- Ability to do data analytics using SQL, Python, and understanding Software Engineering processes
