Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager for a fast-growing U.S.-based company in the pet industry. Develop and execute performance marketing and growth strategy across channels.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
- Advanced Level of English
- Experience with Amazon or marketplaces
- Background in DTC or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google)
- Experience working with agencies or external partners
- Solid analytical skills (GA4, reporting, performance metrics)
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy
