Job Description
Scale Tech is a Lithuanian software development and outsourcing agency working with clients across Lithuania, Europe, and the US, looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a long-term project with a Lithuanian FinTech client.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Understanding of API design and integrations
- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases
- Experience working with AWS cloud services
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Effective communication skills within international teams
- Ownership and contribution to technical decisions
