• Patient, empathetic, and able to de-escalate tense situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Availability during US business hours (9 AM 5 PM EST/PST).
