Head of Supply Chain and Operations

Our client, an international e-commerce company, is searching for an experienced Head of Supply Chain and Operations to manage and optimize operational processes across the supply chain, logistics, procurement, and customer service functions to ensure the success and scalability of the company's Amazon FBA business.

Requirements

• 5 years combined experience in supply chain operations management, logistics in an ecommerce company
• Experience in a similar position in an e-commerce/Amazon FBA and FBM environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams across supply chain and customer service.
• Experience working with a start-up company/culture.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively are essential.
• Able to communicate thoughts clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, and a strong sense of initiative are key attributes for this role.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced level of Excel/Google sheets.
• Organized, sociable, and goal-oriented.
