We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our referral network in the Louisville market. In this fully remote role, you will focus on building relationships with professionals who can refer business to us and help increase brand awareness in the local restoration market.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-focused roles
- Experience building professional relationships or referral partnerships with external stakeholders
- Experience conducting 20+ outreach activities per week to generate new business opportunities
- Experience using a CRM system to manage contacts, track outreach, and monitor sales or partnership activity
- Experience managing 10 or more active client, partner, or referral relationships at the same time
