We're looking for a Coaching Operations & Client Experience Manager to run the operational engine behind a global coaching business. The successful candidate will have experience with Skool, managing courses, and executing outbound campaigns. The role requires international travel once a quarter and a strong understanding of AI and Automation Workflows (Zapier).
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months actively managing a Skool course
- 3+ years supporting a business coach, consultant, or professional services firm
- Experience contributing to a coaching program with 100+ paying members
- Experience executing outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calls)
- Experience with AI and Automation Workflows (Zapier)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organized, systems-driven, proactive
