Requirements

• 3+ years in a U.S.-facing, outbound-capable customer service role
• CRM fluency: HubSpot, Zoho, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or equivalent
• VoIP experience: RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad, or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage 40+ daily customer touchpoints without task management reminders
• Strong spoken English
• Demonstrated complaint handling and de-escalation
• Personal computer and reliable internet connection
