HR Business Partner

We are a Swedish company leader in the automotive sector, with over 74 years in Peru. We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will be responsible for accompanying business areas in the integral management of people, promoting processes of talent attraction, development and training, ensuring a positive experience for our collaborators and aligned to our unique way of doing things: our Scania Way.

Requirements

• University studies completed in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles as HR Business Partner or in human resources management areas.
• Experience in managing recruitment, development and training processes.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Communication, empathy, planning and results-oriented skills.
