We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will be responsible for accompanying business areas in the integral management of people, promoting processes of talent attraction, development and training, ensuring a positive experience for our collaborators and aligned to our unique way of doing things: our Scania Way.
Requirements
- University studies completed in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles as HR Business Partner or in human resources management areas.
- Experience in managing recruitment, development and training processes.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Communication, empathy, planning and results-oriented skills.
