We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The role combines operational HR work with business support and requires a structured, service-minded, and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Act as a trusted HR contact for managers and employees in day-to-day people matters
- Support and advise managers on employee relations topics, including performance issues, absence management, disciplinary matters, and general employee support
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, communication with hiring managers, and offer preparation
- Contribute to the annual people planning and budgeting process for the upcoming year, including salary increase planning, headcount planning, new hire planning, and personnel cost forecasting
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and legal requirements
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and ways of working
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and business-oriented work environment
