Account Executive Loyalty Marketing

Scenic Group is seeking a Loyalty Account Executive to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating awareness of customer loyalty programs, ensuring engagement, retention, events, and overall satisfaction. The role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years' experience in loyalty marketing or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Prior event experience (planning & executing) highly preferred
• Excellent presentation, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized and concise
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor and adaptable to a changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ensuring regulatory or brand compliance deadlines are met
