Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care/Operations Specialist. To strengthen our operations team, we are looking for a meticulous and structured operations & customer care specialist.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational function (ideally in logistics, planning, order processing, or contract management)
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
- High accuracy, structured work approach, and developed analytical thinking
- Proactive attitude and sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on internal cooperation (no or little customer contact)
- German on a native level, as well as very good Dutch skills (in word and writing); English is an asset
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
