Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the industrial sector
- State-of-the-art HR knowledge
- Sound knowledge of labor law and experience with employee representatives
- Good MS Office skills
- SAP- and payroll knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English. German is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented thinking and working as well as structured working methods
