Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school counseling or dean of students role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social-emotional learning and positive behavior support strategies.
- Ability to manage student discipline issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and families.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of constituencies (students, parents, administrators, faculty and staff).
