The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring high-impact learning solutions that drive business results. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or related field (OR equivalent professional experience demonstrating mastery of L&D and organizational development)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive responsibility in Learning and Development management, training design, talent development, or organizational effectiveness roles
- Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and scaling learning programs that achieved measurable business outcomes and organizational transformation
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning solutions for hybrid and remote workforces
- Background in performance consulting, organizational effectiveness, or capability development
- Advanced proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, configuration, and optimization
- Skilled in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia content development
- Experienced with data analytics and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) for program reporting and insights
- Applied knowledge of Generative AI applications in learning contexts including content generation, personalized learning, and intelligent coaching
- Familiarity with modern talent development frameworks including competency mapping, skills gap analysis, and learning in the flow of work
- Strong project management, budgeting, and financial analysis capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage departmental budgets and ROI analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern cloud-based collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
