Job Description
Schnabel is seeking a Project Manager, Operations to join their operations team and manage the construction of geostructural projects. This role involves installing piles, lagging, walers, tiebacks, and braces, as well as challenging projects with underpinning, grouting, tunneling, and unique structural support. The position requires collaboration with design, preconstruction, and field teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in geotechnical, foundation, or heavy civil construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical construction methods (earth retention, deep foundations, etc.).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Pass proficiency in a pre-employment drug test.
