Requirements

• Manage, execute, and provide technical support on a variety of challenging geotechnical and interdisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Developing geotechnical engineering scope of services and fee estimates.
• Managing geotechnical and geologic field investigations.
• Reviewing field investigations and conducting engineering analyses, calculations, and designs.
• Preparing and reviewing geotechnical engineering reports, technical documents, and presentations.
• Performing project management activities including communicating resource needs, managing client expectations, planning and delegating work, management of project budgets, invoicing and backlog reporting.
• Communicating with clients, sub-consultants, team members, and regulators.
• Assisting in developing and mentoring geotechnical engineering staff.
• Participating in business development activities and maintaining and developing Schnabel’s strong brand in the geotechnical market.
