We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to serve in a dual capacity: backend administration of Microsoft 365 technologies and hands-on, customer-focused IT support for our end users. In this role, you will identify, research, and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments while maintaining a high standard of service for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Network Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 3ā5 years of hands-on IT systems administration experience, including Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device management and deployment, VMware and/or Hyper-V administration, desktop support and LAN/WAN network administration
- Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless infrastructure experience
- Relevant technical certifications strongly valued: CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE or equivalent
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Eagerness to grow technically and contribute to advancing enterprise technologies
