- Understand safe handling procedures with knives and other sharp utensils
- Establish product knowledge and suggestive selling
- Fill/rotate/date products for the display case
- Utilize cooking equipment and kitchen equipment
- Prepare sandwiches, party trays, and salads
- Pull product from cases for proper storage
- Ensure freshness of food and proper rotation of product
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Assist in with other duties as assigned
- Offer product samples to customers
- Adhere to all safety, health, and weights and measures regulations
