Job Description
Schonfeld is seeking a hands-on Quantitative Research / Developer intern to embed with their trading floor, providing tools for research, risk, and execution. This intern role will automate processes, build research platforms, and support SDLC, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in quantitative roles (STRAT, Quant Dev, Forward-Deployed Engineer)
- Solid grasp of trade-lifecycle and investment management workflows
- Proven coding expertise with data wrangling, APIs, Python, JS/React/Dash
- STEM Master degree or Ph.D. with strong quantitative/problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
