Requirements

• Technical education preferred in the field of mechanical engineering or CNC machining
• Leadership, training, guidance, further development, and motivation of employees
• Coordination with suppliers
• Development of processes and technical development of production equipment with the goal of increasing efficiency
• Implementation of measures to increase efficiency, productivity, and optimization of production
• Compliance with investment and cost budgets
• Assurance of demand-driven and cost-efficient production planning
• Assurance of sufficient availability of production capacities including risk management
• Assurance of technical availability of equipment
• Monitoring and optimization of production workflows
• Compliance with and assurance of statutory regulations
• Assurance of workplace safety and occupational safety in the field
• Participation in project, quality, and waste management
• Planning and evaluation of investments
• Basic knowledge of English (>C1)
• Experience in Lean Management
