Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to coach and inspire a team of technicians to provide excellent customer experience through installation and service of our products. The ideal candidate will act as a customer advocate and provide helpful solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
- 2+ years of management experience or 10+ years related industry work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong, team oriented interpersonal skills
- Proficient with common Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
