Changemanager & Organisationsentwickler (w/m/d)

Participate in or lead projects on organizational development and change management, and develop communication concepts for optimal change communication.

Requirements

• Completed studies (e.g. business studies, business administration, social sciences)
• Multiple years of professional experience in consulting or in a company, preferably related to change management
• Affinity to IT and digitalization topics as well as understanding of business economic processes
• Communication, presentation and moderation skills both orally, e.g. in workshops, and in writing
• Very good German and good English knowledge
