We are looking for a Product Developer Baking to develop innovative recipes, create prototypes, and optimize existing products. The ideal candidate has completed studies in food technology or a related field, with in-depth knowledge of application technology and practical skills in baked goods. German and English language fluency is required.

Requirements

• Completed studies in food technology, ecotrophology, food process engineering or a qualification as a baker's master or technician
• In-depth knowledge of application technology and practical skills in the field of baked goods
• A developed understanding of business economics and first experience in project work
• Ideally experience with Google Workspace and basic knowledge of SAP
• Verbal and written fluency in German and good English language skills for coordination with partners
• A strong hands-on mentality combined with creativity, self-initiative and a high service orientation
• Reliability, team ability and willingness to travel occasionally to suppliers and customers
