Requirements

• Development of new recipes and optimization of existing products
• Efficient organization of product development
• Close coordination and cooperation with production
• Troubleshooting in case of sudden production disruptions
• Strategic development of the product portfolio and implementation of market and consumer trends
• Leadership and development of the development team
• Project management of new products from idea to market introduction, including cost and budget responsibility
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and compliance with food regulations
