Associate Manufacturing Supervisor

We are looking for an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) Machine Shop in our Pullman, WA factory on swing shift. This leader will supervise individual contributors, drive daily operations, and champion World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to model SEL Values to others
• Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and openly to a diverse audience
• Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream areas
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
