The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for department indicators and providing clear direction to department to meet department production objectives. This includes monitoring employee performance, regularly providing employee feedback, empowering, mentoring and coaching employees, and creating and updating department work instructions and reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to model SEL Values to others
- Proven ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and openly to a diverse audience
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream departments
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
