Associate Manufacturing Supervisor

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is looking for an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee a manufacturing line in our Lewiston, ID factory on swing shift. The successful candidate will be action-oriented, resilient, and committed to employee development and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Ability to model SEL Values to others
• Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and openly to a diverse audience
• Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work; intervene to remove obstacles as needed
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream areas
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS, etc.)
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
