Creation of monthly salary and wage statements, personnel data management, point of contact for employees and external parties, and support with reporting and certification processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or further education in salary and wage accounting / tax accounting / HR
- Several years of experience in salary accounting or payroll
- Very good knowledge of income tax, social security, and labor law
- Safe handling of common accounting systems (e.g. DATEV, SAP HCM, SAGE or comparable tools)
