Job Description
SciTec is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate and coordinate the Agile Scrum process within our organization, ensuring collaborative and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem solving skills to work closely with the Product Development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master
- 5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical disciplines
- Experience facilitating scrum events such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
