Senior Scrum Master

Design, implement, and manage the integration of systems and services across multiple platforms, leading and facilitating Agile/Scrum methodologies within work teams, and ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of products in large and complex projects.

Requirements

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum activities
• Remove obstacles facing the team and ensure work continuity
• Support teams in implementing Agile best practices
• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Monitor work progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Improve team performance and increase adherence to the methodology
• Design and implement system and application integration solutions
• Develop and manage integration interfaces using APIs and the Apigee platform
• Integrate enterprise and complex systems
• Analyze and transform integration requirements
