We have an existing opportunity to add an Emergency Spill Response Project Manager to our remediation and emergency response team in Barrie, Ontario. The successful candidate will manage projects typically related to transportation, residential fuel oil, and commercial chemical spills.
Requirements
- University degree in Environmental Engineering or Geosciences or a college diploma in Environmental Sciences or related study
- Minimum of five years' experience within the environmental field and at least two years of project management experience
- Experience in soil and groundwater remediation projects including delineation, monitoring and management
- Experience with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work after hours on weekends when required
