Direct Care Worker - Pipeline

Participates in the admission of new residents, maintains awareness of resident needs, and refers to other team members as necessary. Provides immediate intervention in volatile situations, contributes to treatment plans, and organizes recreational activities. Daily care and cleanliness of living facilities and management of clothing and supplies are also responsibilities.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Two years of college preferred
• Acceptable clearance checks for State Central Register, Driver's license, and fingerprinting
• Compliance with PPD clearances
• Current certification in CPR
• Successful completion of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training
