Job Description
Foster Care MIP Interns will work in 12-week internships, providing hands-on experience and guidance from internship mentors. They will participate in career readiness seminars and experiential group activities.
Requirements
- Strong sense of empathy towards populations served and respect for cultural differences
- Ability to work competently, compassionately, and without judgment with individuals who may identify as LGBTQ+
- Good communication and time management skills, diligence, and resilience
- Commitment to work as a team player and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to learn and respond constructively to feedback
