Job Description
Join Scotiabank's Global Banking and Markets team as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group, supporting M&A, leveraged finance, and sponsor-backed transactions. Develop financial models, conduct due diligence, and coordinate with product partners across GBM.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of investment banking experience in sponsor coverage, leveraged finance, or M&A
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, credit analysis, and structuring skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and market data platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
