Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or experience working in technical delivery position
- 5 years experience working in a technical delivery role managing the delivery of development teams
- Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform technologies is an asset
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (English level: advanced)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience leading Scrum Teams
- Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with uncertainty
- Works well under pressure and has sense of urgency in all work
