Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or experience working in technical delivery position
• 5 years experience working in a technical delivery role managing the delivery of development teams
• Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform technologies is an asset
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (English level: advanced)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Experience leading Scrum Teams
• Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with uncertainty
• Works well under pressure and has sense of urgency in all work
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization skills with an eye for continuous improvement
